Walked in to get a notary stamp made. Was told by the store manager... "our machine is down, it's been down all week...i need to call IT".... Hmmm. If it's been down all week why do they wait for a customer to walk in to get a stamp made and have NOT already called IT? SUCKY customer service in my book! I'll NEVER return to this store
