During a crisis I was not able to get into any of the people I saw regularly. During this time I was told the person doing my medications was going to be on leave and I would not be able to see her. They sent me to her support staff who told me to request seeing someone else to get in earlier. They would not accommodate this. I had to make a trip to the crisis center where I was told that I was not severe enough for their services. They sent me home with a "safety plan". Everything included on that were things I had tried prior to coming to them. They were fine if you were stable but the moment I was in crisis the one place that should have helped was a total failure for me, my illness and their profession.
