We've always liked the WP Sushi Bar. For an inland restaurant, high up in the Rockies, it always seems to have fresh fish and the rice is always done perfectly.
They've changed a lot over the years, so I suppose my review is based on that. They used to have a dinner for 2 on the menu, which served a 4 course meal and it was such a great deal - we ordered it every time we went. They also used to serve a lot more on the menu, but have taken a lot off in recent years, including tako and other sushi mains you're used to seeing on the menu.
They've always had a dim restaurant mood, but with the red walls and red lighting now, it's hard to see anything - every picture that I loaded here is red; you can't see the contrast in color of the sushi, which is exactly what you want to see.
The rumor lately has been that the service sucks here, but I've never personally experienced that. We went tonight for our 12 year wedding anniversary and had a great time.
