Sushi Yoshi

Sushi Yoshi is, without a doubt, one of the most wonderful restaurants we have been to in the Northern Colorado area. My girlfriend lived in Japan for three years, and she has said that Sushi Yoshi is the closest she has come to authentic sushi here in the States. You may have to wait a little extra time for your meal here, but the wait is worth it. Try the Osaka style pressed sushi for a different treat. There's not a lot of fanfare or flashy presentation, but there is amazing food. Try them out, but come hungry!

Great little spot next to Picas downtown. The tucked away nature of the restaurant is misleading as it is nicely appointed and includes a lot more tables than one would expect. Sushi quality was surprisingly good and included some authentic box pressed sushi that i've never had. Very clean, tranquil and calm environment.
