The business model is to make people wait an hour in line for no other reason than to order more drinks and get drunk. Food was ok at best, hardly worth the hype. Even being hungry after the wait didn't make up for the brisket tasting more like cheap pastrami. Seriously though, I think they intentionally make people wait. 1/10 would not go back.
