They don't even deserve a star that I gave them when they merged with direct t.v. it's been the worst experience in had with t.v.-phone ever, there always having maintenance and can't access account info they when tryiing to order a movie and it doesn't work, (the very few times they do answer) They tell you to reset your box and it could take up to 24 hours to order a movie again. I work for BHI now, worked for General dynamics in the past, directly for at&t and sba communications all cell phone companies and I'm telling you the at&t customer service is horrible
