Was not given info as to cost of switching to a different phone up front. Absolutely no help transferring pictures, contacts or any other setup. Sales rep mumbled and didn't enunciate, seemed to be inconvenienced by me showing up, clearly busy doing something not work related on the tablet. Will never visit this location again and wouldn't have gone in the first place if I had known they were not a corporate AT&T store.
