T-Mobile

I called this store and talked with a woman who had no idea what she was talking about, she was rude and unhelpful. She actually suggested I go to T-mobile head quarters and ask for the deal that every t-mobile store carriers because she was too lazy to go and check. What a terrible experience I hope she is asked to get a new job or at least trained properly to be helpful I would leave no stars for her. Save time and go to another store.
