We've been renting with A T Smith for two years and have been very pleased. Their responsiveness to repair request as well as the use of the online portal for paying rent have been fabulous.

I just wanted to let you know that we have had a wonderful experience in dealing with everyone from your company thus far. We have been tenants in one of one of Laura's properties for two months. When we have had maintenance requests they have been dealt with promptly by Scott. The communication with both is excellent.
