AT&T Store

The people who work at&t are very nice and helpful

First off, let me start with the fact that nowadays doing anything with going to AT&T cell phone store takes almost as long as purchasing a car... when did this all happen? teehee. I went to this location today very close to opening time of the store, and there was only 1 customer[s] ahead of me - which one would think "cool" this shouldn't take very long, except go back to the fact of how long a "car process" takes... anyway 2 other people came in after me, at which the 1 [ONE] and ONLY employee in the whole store, on a SATURDAY, states that it is only him working until about 11 a.m. [ugh]. On average, I think each customer takes about 20 minutes, anymore, to have whatever needed to be done to be completed... Why would this store only have 1 employee EVER working on the weekend??? Good grief. Needlessly, I left the store and called customer service to do what I needed done - which still took time.
