AT&T Store

I dont see why they are getting such bad ratings. Everytime we have been into this store we have never been treated wrongly, pushed aside or not been helped. Every question we had about our account has been answered. Sometimes we have to wait a little longer to be helped but we dont mind. When we go in we are never just pushed sales pitches. We dont go to any other store but this one. We usually end up going in with a baby and my 8 year old, which is never fun. But very stress free for us and our family.
