I absolutely cannot believe what I just experience here.
I came in to pick up a mobile order, and absolutely nobody was at the counter for a full 5 MINUTES. Finally a woman showed up, and I asked for my order (which was supposed to be done already). At first she didn't seem to know what I was talking about, and then she started looking for my food and couldn't find it. Finally one of the customers spoke up and showed me that my food wasn't on the counter, but SITTING ON TOP OF THE TRASH CAN.

This is a clear violation of food safety standards, and I was appalled. The woman at the counter tried to put the blame on the customers, saying one of them must have moved it, but the fact remains that the safety of the food is HER responsibility. She offered to switch out the bag, but I was in a hurry already and had to go.
And as I left, I heard her talking about me to the other customers. Highly unprofessional.
I hope for an apology from their owner, because this was by far the WORST experience I have had with a restaurant, and I am currently recovering from food poisoning., so that's saying something. I would never come back to this place if it were the last food on earth.
