Over twenty-five minutes. That’s how long it took to get a burrito and fries on a Sunday afternoon. I asked for a refund since I didn’t want to wait any longer, but when the cashier called for the supervisor to do the refund, the supervisor decided to walked away instead. Ten minutes later, the supervisor had not come back and I eventually got my order (which ended up being wrong and cold at that). Since I didn’t want to wait any longer for them to fix it (at this point it’s pushing 40 minutes) I emailed Taco Bell to complain, but they never got back to me.
So if you have time to kill and enjoy messed up orders, and both corporate and supervisors who don’t want to deal with complaints, go ahead and waste your money here. Oh! I forgot: No one was wearing a hairnet/cap and the kitchen area looked disgusting, too, so eat at your own risk as well. If I could give it 0 Stars I would. This store should be shut down.
