This review is mainly about the employees. I won't lie and say I get my food right away or anything, but I don't really except to, I'm just reading other reviews a lot having to do with wait-time.
I have been here more times that I care to admit recently, and each time I have been greeted and assisted by smiling and genuine workers.
I really appreciate the first woman who took my order when I realized popcorn chicken was back - I tried to order a "Family" popcorn chicken and as well as a large macaroni and cheese separately. She said I could order a combo and just pay a little extra for the mac & cheese. Honestly, it saved like $3 or so, and I was pumped! She totally could have ripped me off. I wish I would've gotten her name that day.
Next time I go in, the woman at the register is getting reamed by some cokehead looking woman. Despite the negative encounter, which she seemed to resolve for the still bitter woman, she greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help.
When I went in today, the person who took my order via drive-thru was upbeat, and pleasant. I don't know if it was the same person who handed me my food - but HE (receipt said Cortney S) was great!! Such a big and happy smile, and he told me to have a wonderful day or something equally as nice.
