I wish there was an option for zero stars. This is the WORST experience ever dealing with an accountant. Tanya may be knowledgeable about her subject, but when she cannot even complete a simple task in a timely manner it is ridiculous. We gave her all of our information in March. She filed an extension. It wasn't until we called and asked how our returns were doing in August, that she asked for a few more things. Then she kept cancelling our appointments with her. That went on throughout August and September. Finally we said that we wouldn't reschedule. We would push it to later in the day. An hour later her assistant called and asked us for our QB password. Which essentially meant she hadn't even LOOKED at any of our information yet. WOW! So the meeting did nothing but shove her ass into actually working on our account. Then finally about 3 days before the extension deadline, she finalized our returns. I mean, talk about a procrastinator. Then if you know anything about QB, you should know that when you send your accountants copy to the accountant, you have limited abilities in our own copy of QB. We have yet to get our accountants copy back. It is November 28th. And after calling every day, asking when it would be done, I finally got an answer. Another accountant was trying to put our accountants copy together to send back, but that accountant couldn't reach his own coworker/boss - Tanya, to have a few questions answered. What is going on in that office? So I keep calling and asking. They stop answering my phone calls. So after three weeks of them not answering the phone, I go in person. OH THEY JUST STARTED IGNORING MY PHONE CALLS!!! Wow!!! Just now I had to use two phone lines and call both phone lines that they have and call repeatedly for over 15 minutes and send an e-mail that said "ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!" to get them to answer the phone. Right now I am on hold. I have been on hold for 15 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The level of professionalism at this office is an absolute zero. NEGATIVE. They do not deserve anyone's business. Do yourself a favor and take your taxes somewhere else.
