Ordered through order up- and the driver was told to inform me that if I ordered in the future to request that the breakfast sandwich not be made into a sandwich- just keep the items as separate- that it would NOT be done again because it is too much of a hassle. Really- you had to cook all the items individually before stacking them into a sandwich- why would it be a hassle to just box the items in one box. I am pretty sure if I was in your restaurant as a guest you would not have a problem with my request- would you? Sorry to say- you lost my business and I will not be recommending your place regardless of the taste of food. Putting the delivery driver from a completely different company in the middle is extremely unprofessional and it shows you lack serious customer service.
