We like to support local business, and the founder and owner of the business answered our initial slightly-panicked call about a malfunctioning furnace and provided all needed information for us to make a decision on next steps. The technician, Son, came out right on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and completed a 5-minute fix. He stayed to ensure everything was working properly, which was important because it is sub-10 degrees F. Son was professional, courteous, and skilled, and we were so relieved to have such a quick and professional job. We liked the service so much we are strongly considering signing up for a furnace and A/C management plan with Unique. Highly recommended!
