Michelle was a breath of fresh air on a crazy holiday! (Veterans Day). We went to best buy and they did a good job as well but their systems weren't functioning properly so we weren't making the mistake of going to a cellular plus nightmare. Very very glad we stopped here. Michelle was very relaxed and relatable. She offered everything with grace and wasn't trying to attach things we said we weren't interested in. We walked out with three new phones when we walked in with three old ones and they were free, which I wouldn't have known if I wasn't informed. Phenomenal customer service, great skill in juggling multiple tasks like a bad security device going off when somebody glanced at it on the phone with another store and still having a laugh with us! THANK YOU. After my 7 years in retail I'll say I was impressed! Very transparent and dare I say it, it was FUN spending my money! This is how you do it! Under promise, over deliver! She needs a raise!
