Came in to ask for helpt my phone, left with the cents that i should know how to use it already. The woman i talked to in the store was Kayla. She made me feel like i was an idiot and that I shoulda knew how to use my phone. I’ve heard about her from a friend (cause she said she had her before and she was rude) I hoped I wouldn’t get her when I came in but I did. Wouldn’t tell anyone to go in unless Kayla is not there. Looks like I’ll have to go to montrose from now on. Verizon needs to screen their employees better.
