We were scheduled to move into the Viridian right before Christmas (Dec 23rd); Chelsea and the other office staff were extremely flexible, helpful, accommodating, and just awesome through the whole process!
Then crazily our water heater broke and flooded Christmas morning!! Patrick, a maintenance guy, was on call and had no problem coming over on Christmas day to help us-- he was terrific! Our water heater was replaced promptly on the 26th; Ray and Patrick were both very quick, professional, and super helpful during the untimely event!
We have been very pleased with how accommodating, flexible, and quick the office staff and maintenance staff have been in responding to our many questions, and issues that have come up! We are excited to be here! Thank you Viridian!
