This morning my mother and I stopped by quick to print off a picture as we were on our way to my grandmothers funeral. After ordering our photo, -Dawn- the photo tech was behind the counter, we simply asked her what time our photo would be ready. She only stated "it said the time on the screen," we had no time showing on our screen. So I said "it has no time and usually it prints off a slip" at this time she Very Rudly said "Guess No one has patients anymore, Jesus Christ!" Then continued to mutter under her breath.
I have been in customer service for 11 years now, and this is extremely unexceptable! I would have asked to see a manager however we needed to get to the funeral. This was Not How I wanted to spend the morning of my second funeral of 2018.
