Photos didn't get received so they could be printed for a surprise gift. The manager on duty, knowing I'm standing at the counter in the photo department, doesn't even acknowledge me or the issue I'm having. I appreciate the help from the lady behind the counter trying to help, but if management can't even do anything but hide I won't be back.
