Longest wait at any Wendy's ever! giant drive through line, giant inside line. took over 10 minutes just to get to the point where i could order.
staff was friendly but the wait is outrageous, all said and done they shorted me a nugget and i am not going back to wait 20 minutes to complain. i am just frankly not going back...
i was given an excuse for the delay (i did not ask for it) that they only hired one person since July and are understaffed. why is it taking you over a business quarter to staff appropriately?
