Dr. Leann Johnson is very patient, kind and listens well. By necessity I always bring my 2 year old and 7 month old to my appointments. She's good with the kiddos, calm and relaxed. I've never had to wait at a scheduled appointment. There is typically plenty of time during appointment. I haven't felt rushed, she takes the time to listen when I try to explain my hearing needs. Office staff are sweet and patient if I call in and have difficulty hearing on the phone. Best of all, they email appointments and appointment reminders.

I wished all the Doctors are as nice and helpful as Dr Johnson. This are my best hearing aids I ever had. Also the lady in the lobby is very friendly and makes good coffee ha ha
