Iron Mountain Truck & Auto

My first encounter with Iron Mountain was after a front end accident. I was in a difficult position as I didn't have car rental insurance in the case of an accident. I had taken my car to another well known collision repair shop (ABRA). They were comparable in cost but NOT in customer service. ABRA could have cared less on how I was going to get me and my kids home after I dropped off my car or navigate while they were repairing my car. When I went to get my quote from Iron Mountain, the repair costs were just under the quote from ABRA and they cared about how I was going to get around for the next week. Brando,n the shop manager, called a rental car company and ensured that I had a vehicle to drive at a discounted rate. They also took me and my kids to the rental car place and picked me up when it was time to pick up my car. :-) Their work was speedy and done well. I could not have been more please with the outcome of the repair, the timeline and most of all their customer service. I have used them numerous times since. The wonderful people at Iron Mountain even rescued my husband in Wheatland WY when his car broke down at 10 PM!! This company has every service (auto repair, towing, community partnerships, CUSTOMER SERVICE) that you could ever need. As a busy, working mother or 5 I don't have time for banter, negotiations or poor customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
