Wiz Quiz Drug Screening Services

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Every time I have to come here I dread it. It is run like a local hangout, not a professional testing facility. When you go in there is a tiny waiting room and small back office. The office is where the bathrooms are, where they observe you. They often have about five people hanging out in the office chatting, joking, and loudly discussing stories about various customers and their situations. Only one or two of these people actually work there, the others are just keeping them company. You then have to step only 4 feet away from this group around a corner with one of them staring at you to pee. The lady walks around the area while men are peeing and it is sexually inappropriate. Also, if you have a shy bladder it is almost impossible to go under these circumstances. It takes them forever to get people in and out when they are all hanging out back there, plus you have to give all of your personal information in front of people who clearly don't even work there and should not be in the collection area. I would not be surprised if mistakes and cross contamination happen frequently at this facility. Yay if you are dirty, but scary if you are actually clean and your life, job, or freedom depends on these tests. The owner should make sure only employees that are on duty are in the office or collection area and that they take into consideration how uncomfortable it is for their customers to have to drop trow a couple feet from a loudly socializing bunch of randoms. It is not alot to ask that when you provide a lab service that specializes in bodily fluids, that that lab service is clean and run in a professional manner. Not the case at Wiz Quiz. Expect to wait forever in a disorganized space where you can't tell who works there, who is getting tested, and who is just there smoking, joking and taking up space.
