Great food and super friendly gentleman working behind the counter when I arrived there. It was our first visit and helped us pick out what we wanted and understand the menu. He was busy too and it appeared he was working alone, and he was prompt! Super happy and will definitely return for a second visit.
The ribs here are some of the best I've ever had. The consistency is the really awesome aspect of this place. The guy that works there makes it even more special, because he's such a nice, chill dude who always hooks us up. Great mac and cheese, and the fries are insanely good. I shouldn't be eating either, but if I'm going to eat carbs, I'm eating the best I can get. I could just chug the Gold sauce, and their sweet sauce is perfect on the brisket. My only wish is to just take the sweet sauce and add some heat for a good hot sauce. Not a fan of raw onion taste in their hot sauces. It seems to be a thing here in Colorado.
