...because this business was recommended to us by an acquaintance of theirs. However when I called and mentioned the referral, the owner couldn't've cared less and came across as very unfriendly. He told me he would be near our home in a few hours and that he would call me in that time frame to let me know when specifically he would be coming by, which worked with my schedule that day. However, that time frame came and went with no phone call... until a half hour after it had passed... when he left me a voicemail to tell me he was calling to discuss what I needed and to see if he could 'fit me in' to his schedule by the end of the day. We had already discussed what I needed! - and to my knowledge of the working English language - I had already been 'fit in' to his schedule for the day! Find another fencing company - one with a friendly and professional owner who is thankful for their referrals and your business!!
