We've gone to Beau Jo's about as long as I can remember. Love the pizza, and as a native I can take pride in it being "Colorado pizza." However . . . we're done patronizing the chain. The prices have been steadily increasing over the years, like many places, but $100 (including a tip) for three people last night was just too much to pay for pizza. I make a pretty decent copycat pizza, and that will just have to suffice now. Cheers, and best wishes, Beau Jo's.
EDIT: I see the manager has responded by posting their cut an paste statement. Beau Jo's is not "nutritious" food. It's pizza dripping in grease. Might want to use the term "quality" instead. That said, it still doesn't justify the price. Flour is not expensive, which is what the majority of the pizza is. Don't get me wrong, I love the pizza because of the crust; my husband doesn't, and he orders a prairie pie. There is nothing that justifies the cost.
