Big Store up on the hill across from Home Depot Pioneer Hills. I had a return from a neighborhood market and had no problems at all with the return. I also needed to buy new earbuds for my phone and the woman in the electronics department was very patient with me. The case had to rain unlocked so she had to stand there while I read all of the boxes and make a decision. She was very helpful doing a price comparison to upgrade to Bluetooth. Good store experience. I will go back. ;)
