Brian and this shop are con artists. My car broke down near the shop and AAA recommended them as a place to have my car towed to. Since it was there I had them give me a quote on having the brake pads replaced since I was taking it in for them that week anyways. When they came back and said that the rotors and the pads were shot I knew something was up because I recently had my mechanic do some work on my car who told me the pads would need to be changed soon but the rotors were fine. I didn't want to let them do anything at that point but my car was not drive-able so I had to have them do the other work so I could take it to my mechanic. Once I got my car to my mechanic I find out that not only were they scamming me on the brakes but they charged me about double what the cost of the other repairs should have been done for. This company thrives on taking advantage of people in crisis, they are con artists, avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
