Called to see if they could install my o2 sensor. I had the part and all I needed was to install it. A simple "unfortunately we don't install parts that don't come from us" would've been nice. But no. Who ever answered the phone decided to give me attitude when I asked for more detail as to why they won't install it. He said "well you don't bring your own food when you go into a restaurant do you ?" That was very rude and it will be my first and last time going to them for help with my car. I found his reply unnecessary and inconsiderate. That's terrible customer service right off the bat and I have never even set foot in the place. Don't be surprised if you get attitude on your way in or out
