When I originally went to AutoNation to buy my new car, they were great about helping me with my finances, and getting me the best deal possible. When I test drove my car, there was a tire light on. The salesman said he would get it looked at before we left, and never did. When I got a chance to take it back in there was no communication what so ever between the salesman and the service center, that I had put air in the tire, and there was something more wrong. I was looked at like an idiot, and a girl that had no idea what I was talking about. Once they fully diagnosed the car, I was told that it needed two new back tires and the tires would be in, in 2 days. 2 weeks later I received a call they were in, but now I had a check engine light, and an air bag service light on. I brought my car in, at my scheduled appointment to get the 3 things fixed, and was told it would be done by the end of the day. They gave me an AWFUL rental car, that smelled like someone just smoked a cigarette in it. I called the dealership when I got off work to confirm that my car was done. I did not reach anybody, so I went down to the shop. Mind you, the dealership is about 40 minutes away from my house, and in the complete opposite direction of my work. When I got there, once again, no one had communicated with each other about what was going on. My car had not even been looked at yet. The service manager let me know that, he promised it would be done by lunch time the next day. They also gave me a new crappy rental car, that thankfully did not smell like smoke. The next day at lunch time, I had not received a call that it was done, so I called them. They still had not even looked at it!!! There is no sense of communication through the dealership or service, and no communication with the customer. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication, and customer support that they have. I just bought a car, and gave you a lot of money for it. I should at least be communicated with, at the very least.
