Animal Control Specialist

There is absolutely no way that I'm reading real reviews from this company. My experience has been completely different from these "customers." I have a family of Racoons that were in a tiny space above my addic. I spoke with David on a Thursday and he placed two cages in my yard. I waited a week for David to check these cages which had been closed with no bait and one had my cat inside. Monday came,Tuesday and Wednesday David finally came back to check on the cages. A week later after paying these "specialists" the racoons managed to make more damage to my inner flooring and into my addic. I called today to explain the loud and awful noices of these rodents crys and digging and W.Stewart Ogilvie replied he only sends someone out once a day. My kids are completely terrified and I'm very upset that these people would take money and not do they're job. I would never call a animal rescue place that considered themselves as "specialist" but would leave a cage untouched and maintained for a week at a time. These people are unprofessional and unreliable. So waiting for them til tomorrow is not a option. I have a handful of racoons that are now in my addic trying to get inside my home. I blocked all doors to our rooms but they vontinue to dig and make unbearable noices. I should of done it myself then i wouldn't have encored more damage and now fearing for my childrens welfare and unnecessary emotional distress from this traumatic experiance. I will be doing their job for them because i would rather not call 911 or wait another day or week for their return. Not to mention Stew hung up on me. Stewart most have thought, i was joking laughing it off saying i should be glad they caught my cat. THAT ISNT WHAT YOU WERE PAID TO DO! GET A CLUE! see y'all in court.
