Hertz

I gave 5 stars for my bus driver who I have had the pleasure of being serviced by twice. I wish I knew his name. I couldn't figure put how to get back to my hotel and he went above and beyond. Thank you Hertz for hiring thoughtful employees. My best experience at Hertz yet. The only thing that can be improved is the fact there is no way to speak to an actual person at this location by calling. I pressed every button still no help. Other than that, flawless.

The BEST! Especially if you are a Gold Member! Usually I find my name on the board and go choose a car. Easy pickup if your car and an even easier return! No standing in lines like at some of those "budget / low cost" car rental places!
