Stacie can be nice or can be unstable with ego! When i opened my account she was outright LYING to me, threatening me to not get a unit, trying to manipulate and FORCE me to buy her $20 lock, instead of using my lock, which was perfectly acceptable. (It got to the point i had to prove my point with the contract itself-which again she was falsely representing. She NEVER followed up on any complaint (i.e. being REFUSED AND HARASSED over use of the bathroom) AND currently claims she has NO access to ANY contracts and/or notifications ever sent to me:/...wow. The one up the street is where i recommend-they were always civil and professional, plus they are climate controlled;)
