Storage Sense

Since the change in management...the customer service has been hurt and they keep increasing rent with no input from the customers. As soon as I am able (since they gave me a difficult unit to get to)...I plan on moving my stuff to a different storage company. Sad...because the initial owners seemed to appreciate our business. Not true of the current owners & staff.
