I was not happy with how Chandler talked to me on the phone about a cleaning fee, he was not understanding at all and made accusations that weren't true and tried to say I was admitting everything with him. Not professional at all. I was very happy however when I got to speak to Rachel. She kindly explained why I was getting a cleaning fee, and simply told me that it wasn't my fault and they weren't trying to accuse me of anything. That's all I wanted. Nice customer service. Not a voicemail saying "we are charging you $115" without even getting a verbal confirmation or anything. Thanks Rachel.
