The Brandt company can not be trusted. After my girlfriend and I moved out, I was invalidly fined for having a second cat that didn't exist. They took a $300 pet fee out of our security deposit. They claimed the walls were very dirty which is due to the previous tenants and charged us another $325. The Brandt company will do whatever they can to hold onto your money when moving out including creating false pets and charging you for them. They also don't upkeep their apartments causing the stairs to be left unpainted for years allowing rot damage and having joist hangers with missing screws on their porch.
