I took an intro to Arduino course here. It was interesting and well-run. I understand the space is consistently being worked on and improved so I expect it will be even better the next time I come.
My major comment is that most of the classes and the leadership seem to be male. As a woman I would encourage the leadership to try to find more female members, and also to try and find ladies to teach classes and make the place feel welcoming to folks of all genders. I don't think that it is unwelcoming at the moment, I just think there could be more of an effort to be more balanced in gender representation in leadership and who teaches classes.
