Awful, just awful - that was my experience at Studio Pink. I purchased a Living Social voucher for a haircut and highlight package for this studio. Sadly, instead I walked away with chunks of hair hacked from the crown of my head in the stylists overzealous use of thinning shears and orangey streaks for highlights.
I saw Denna. She was hurried with me and left before I'd even finished paying and getting my bags together. She rushed out of the store as soon as I tipped her. I think she already knew she'd screwed it up pretty badly at that point. Highlights and a cut usually take around 2 hours. She had me in and out of there in about an hour.
To add insult to injury, they didn't even refund me the full price - only about 75% of it. I will never go back!
