Elite Nails

The 1st time I went it was amazing very clean and the staff was nice. Today I went and will never go back one person working I signed in had one person in front of me the lady I am guessing who is the owner told me it would be maybe 20 min wait. As I waited 45 min she then walked up to me as said she needed me to come back another time cause she was to busy as I was leaving she took the lady who walked in way after I did and told her she was ready for her. I will spend my money some place else were they will help people who come and want good service not service people who are regulars. This place is a joke

Business has it's Pro's and Con's. Pro's Jenny was amazing, friendly and took her time on my nails. Con's 1. I had an appointment which I admit I was running 15 mins late but had to wait an additional 40+ mins before I got seen 2. The nail polish selection isn't very good, the polish is either old or the selection is ugly. Overall wasn't the worst place but due to the not so great nail polish selection I prefer to go somewhere else. My suggestion would be to make an investment in new nail polishes.
