Hands down, one of the best experiences in customer service I've ever experienced! My pup and I were scrambling to find a jacket and I knew it was going to be tough since it was 1) summer 2) non-standard breed 3) last-minute. I was greeted by friendly folks after visiting three other stores and immediately informed that they had "winter jackets in the back". The two gentleman spent nearly an hour with me as we tried on multiple styles/sizes and types. My pup prodded around the store to make sure they were fitting well and we also did some research online. Long story short, these two provided service you just don't see anymore. Customer-focused, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. My mountain trip went off without a hitch and the Ruffwear Jacket worked like a charm! Thanks so much y'all, we certainly appreciate you!
