I grew up eating San Francisco's world famous burritos. Comparing and critiquing taquerias is a local past time. Jilbertito's is the best burrito I've had so far in the Roaring Fork Valley. The tortilla is crisp and fresh, the carne asada juicy and flavorful, the guacamole not too watery.
The burrito is on the small side, but it's one of the first that might actually compete against some of San Francisco's established taquerias.
