I have effectively zero expectation of a quality experience with a government revenue collection service, but this location redefines new lows. I have to visit frequently as I own several trailers and vehicles and I have never not waited an absurd amount of time.
The ticket number sequence seems to be completely random. People behind the desks have never smiled or said thank you not just to me but to any unfortunate neighbor having to pay registration fees (not taxes mind you, that would require representation). I do wonder if anyone there understands from where their salary gets paid.
They can never find my faxed insurance proof or understand the State bond requirements therefor. Fees cannot be explained and they regularly expose PII on bank checks (illegal in most States) which is a top fraud vector for identity theft.
I am confused how anything more than 1 star could be granted here.
