I ordered a cleaning for my mother in law. The first day, the cleaner No Called No Showed. The Second day The cleaner showed up after the 3 hour window I was promised when I booked the appointment on the phone.
I called and spoke with the Manager, Adam, who was a complete and total tool. He is smug, and made dumb jokes about me coming into his office, several states away, to throw darts at him or kick him in the shins, it was a poor attempt to make me feel better, which only pissed me off more. When the cleaner did finally show up, he was dirty, his machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and he immediately started demanding additional charges, even though I had already negotiated a Whole House Package deal with Adam, to include pet damage, which I fully disclosed the extent of on the phone.
For the price I agreed to, I don't think there should have been any additional charges, it was already well over $300. All in all I am extremely disappointed in the service provided, the results were not desirable, and when I called back to speak with Adam, he was again smug and unhelpful and told me the only option was to have the same technician come out again, during a 3 hour window... maybe, to have the same subpar results. No Thanks. My whole day is worth more than the money you're refusing to refund, despite "guaranteeing all your work in writing".
