Terrible customer service. This was the closest Dillard’s to my home, and I drove from downtown Denver to exchange two Ralph Lauren polo’s that I received as Christmas presents and did not like the colors. Both had proof of purchase on tags, but was told I could not exchange them because they were purchased over three months ago, and were originally bought on sale ($45 each, originally $90). Asked to speak to the manager, and was told no, it was the company policy. I’ve always shopped at Nordstrom, as I always have. Furthermore, I will recommend my friends and family NEVER shop at a Dillard’s again.
