Unbelievable!!! I was at Macy's jewelry counter last night and i had the girl put a pair of earrings on hold for me because they were the last pair and it was 15 minutes before closing so she put my name in the computer and wrapped the print out around the box of earrings on hold. I went back today to get them and was informed that they ACCIDENTALLY sold them even though my name and phone number were wrapped around a closed box so not only did I not get my earrings someone at the counter stole the sale from the poor lady that helped me the night before. RIDICULOUS
