I just tried Izzio's San Francisco Sourdough bread, and I have to rave about it. It's just sour enough but still has a sweet taste, that I attribute to the omission of barley flour. Delicious! No additives, just wheat flour, water, sourdough culture, and salt. I'll definitely buy this again.
