Crust pie? Sorry to have to say this, but the cherry pies have waaay too much crust and the crust is NOT good. The crust is thick and hard not flaky at all. I also tried the crumble top cherry pie which has the same problem, too much crumble. More crust than cherries. The pie filling is fabulous but hold the crust please. Hearts on top are cute but only serve to add more heavy crust. How about heart cut-outs instead. If you are like me and like more fruit than crust and love a really good crust but not too much crust, try the pies in Niwot instead.
